6. How long does shipping take?
Malaysia: Typically, 2–5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia; 3–7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
International: Depending on the destination, delivery may take anywhere from 7–14 business days. Delays can occur during peak seasons or in remote areas. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
7. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. After your order is dispatched, an automated email or message with your tracking information will be sent to you. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment.
8. What is Muuka’s return and exchange policy?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note:
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
